Papertrey Pals Challenge #4

Hi fellow Pals! Sorry I've been MIA - I've just been so busy, no time to craft!

So my challenge is to use this sketch to create a card. That's it, easy peasy!

I knew I wouldn't have time to create a sample card, so I based my sketch on an existing card I created (for the PTI 3rd anniversary celebration):

    Great sketch, Jessica. I've been MIA too. I had way too many deadlines to meet and didn't have any time to do anything else. I missed Pallenge #3 and have to catch up on that one too. I really like your sketch and will work on it this week. Thanks for the challenge.
